Company History/Information
Brink & Cotton was a tool manufacturer from Bridgeport, CT.
Connecticut public record indicates the company was dissolved January 29th, 1969 after having operating as a publicly traded stock for 49 years and 11 months.
Currently the name still lives on as owned by the Warren Tool Group, most notably known for Wilton.
